Refund Policy

Effective date: May 12, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to subscription and credit purchases made for Educators360 paid plans. By purchasing, you agree to this refund framework.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Duplicate payment for the same order.
  • Payment completed but credits/plan not provisioned due to system failure.
  • Incorrect debit caused by a verifiable platform billing defect.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after meaningful credit consumption.
  • User-side data/network issues outside platform control.
  • Failure to use purchased credits within user validity timelines.

4. Request Timeline and Process

Refund requests should be raised within 7 calendar days of the transaction date with account email, payment reference, and issue details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method as per banking timelines.

5. Review Rights

Educators360 may request additional evidence before approval and reserves final decision rights in fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating cases.
